Teri A native of Colorado, Teri came to Taos from Alaska in 1978 to ski the "steep and deep" of Taos Ski Valley. To her delight she also found a wonderfully diverse, culturally rich community and nearly perfect climate. She bought a piece of land, built her adobe casita and has called Taos home ever since. In typical Taos style, she has been a ski instructor, ski school manager, massage therapist and worked in the building trades. She became a licensed Realtor in 2003. Teri lives with her three cats, her Irish Setter and her husband, a general contractor who grew up in Taos. Matching people with property and making the process a fun and informative experience comes naturally to Teri. Just ask her clients, they'll be happy to tell you!

Margaret Margaret was born in Germany on the Rhine Valley and was schooled as a graphic and fashion designer in Cologne and Munich, Germany. She met her husband in Munich and after the birth of their son, moved to Taos, NM in 1977. Margaret started painting in oil and water color and had numerous shows. After building her house in 1986 out of adobe, she started working with the well known adobe artist Carmen Verlarde, building fire places, hornos (adobe outdoor ovens) and learned the art of mud plastering.

Margaret married the second time a local contractor, Roger Romero, and got more involved in all types of construction. Together they built spec houses and it was a logical step to get her real estate license. After living in Taos for 30 years and working in construction Margaret would like to pass her knowledge of the land, the people, customs and the building trade on to her clients.
